News from the Board of Trustees, 14. April 2025

New members of the Board of Trustees

Dana Kiefer has left the Board of Trustees and has been replaced by Normen Kilgus as new employer representative.

After serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for 11 years, Alexander Mihajlovic has handed over the reins to Robin Indermaur and will stay on as a member of the Board. He would like to take this opportunity to thank his colleagues and the Pension Fund’s members for the trust they have placed in him over the years and looks forward to continuing his work as a Board member.

For the 2025–2028 term of office, the Board of Trustees will be composed as follows:

Current performance

In March, the PF generated a return on investments of -1.56%. The accumulated result from January to March 2025 thus amounts to -0.52%.

Approval of the annual financial statements

The Board of Trustees has approved the 2024 annual financial statements of the PF and the SIP. The PF posted an overall return of 7.39%. The coverage ratio rose to 121.5% (previous year 117.0%).

Appointment of auditor

KPMG has been confirmed as auditor for financial year 2025.

Appointment of occupational benefits expert

The current expert, Dr. Olivier Kern of Pittet Associates AG, has been reappointed for financial year 2025.
